Since then this note has been reprinted 5 times before this commemorative note is issued. Whilst there are not commemorative logo or text added to this note, the commemorative note is only identified with the prefix of FIL.

This note has the date of 12.2.1987 and has the signatures of José Alberto Tavares Moreira & António Carlos Feio Palmeiro Ribeiro
