These are two notes issued in 2014 with the signature of David Thorburn. David Thorburn was the bank's Chief Executive Officer until 6.1.2015. Reprints with 2014 (or even 2015) date would be his last but we are not sure if other denominations (ie £5 paper, £50 and £100) were also printed prior to his departure. It should be noted that the 2015 £5 Commemorative Polymer note dated 23.03.2015 bears the signature of David Thorburn. Thorburn was replaced by David Duffy, formerly the CEO of Allied Irish Bank.
